Library club

A club is an organization or association of people united by a common interest, goal, or activity, which meets regularly to share experiences, such as sports, hobbies, social networking, or, according to Vocabulary.com, Wikipedia, and Cambridge Dictionary, to join a club. Clubs range from informal groups to exclusive, member-owned societies with dedicated facilities.
